"After an intensive week of functional therapy with Dana and Adi, and implementing everything we learned at home, we saw improvement in our son's behaviour. He is calmer now, his focus has improved, he's exploring everything around the house which he wasn't doing before, and his sleep has improved."

Common questions about
supporting your child at home.

Yes. You do not need a formal diagnosis to start. Our free Primitive Reflexes course gives parents of children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties and learning challenges clear exercises they can start at home immediately. Many families begin while on NHS waiting lists. No diagnosis needed.

Primitive reflexes are movement patterns babies are born with to survive. Most should naturally integrate by around 12 months. When they remain active beyond infancy they interfere with focus, attention, emotional regulation, coordination, posture, sleep and learning. Many children with autism, ADHD and sensory processing difficulties have retained primitive reflexes. Integrating them through gentle daily exercises can make a significant difference.

Many parents notice changes in focus, sleep and emotional regulation within two to four weeks of starting daily exercises. Consistency matters more than duration. Fifteen minutes a day done regularly is more effective than longer sessions done occasionally.

Yes. Every exercise includes adaptations for children with sensory sensitivities, low muscle tone and non verbal children. The courses were built to work across a wide range of neurodevelopmental needs including autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, dyspraxia and learning difficulties.

Absolutely. These courses complement any therapy your child is already having. Many parents find the nervous system exercises actually improve the effectiveness of occupational therapy and speech therapy by building a stronger foundation first.
