Autism and ADHD support for children from Manchester. A trip to London, then support from home.
You don't need to live near London to work with us. Families from Manchester and the North West travel to our clinic in Mill Hill for a Clarity Day or an Intensive week, then carry on with remote support from home. It's for children with autism, ADHD, SEN and sensory processing differences.
Most families come once, leave with a clear plan, and keep going with video check ins from their own living room.
No obligation. No diagnosis needed. Just fifteen minutes with Adi and Dana.

Adi & Dana, parents and Melillo Method practitioners
- Most Manchester families come to our Mill Hill clinic once, for a Clarity Day or an Intensive week, then continue with remote support from home.
- Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston takes from about two hours by direct train, so a single day in clinic is doable, with an overnight stay if you'd rather not rush.
- The Intensive costs £3,000 and includes three months of support afterwards. Travel and accommodation are extra.
- You don't need a diagnosis, and we'll tell you on the free call whether a trip is worth it or remote support would do.
Getting to Mill Hill, and what to expect
Our clinic is at 1A Hall Lane, Mill Hill, London NW4 4TJ, in North London. This is how Manchester families usually work with us.
Getting here
By train, Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston takes from about two hours on the fastest direct services, and usually closer to two and a half. By car it's roughly four hours down the M6 and M1, depending on traffic. Ask us on the call for the easiest way to reach Mill Hill from Euston or St Pancras.
Where families come from
Families have come to us from Didsbury, Chorlton, Altrincham and Prestwich, and from across the North West.
Making the trip count
Because you're travelling, we plan your visit around a full day in clinic or an Intensive week, so you leave with a proper plan rather than a quick check up.
Between visits
Once you're set up, the Remote Programme keeps things moving from home in Manchester, with video check ins and changes to your plan as your child progresses.
Three ways to start
You don't have to commit to a whole week. Here's how the options compare, and we'll help you choose on the free call.
Clarity Day →
One day in clinic in Mill Hill. We see your child hands on and you leave with a clear plan. The easiest way to try us out.
Intensive week →
Five to seven days in clinic, with you in the room learning the home plan. £3,000, including three months of support afterwards.
Remote Programme →
Full support from home in Manchester, with video check ins. Some families find it's all they need.
Not sure your child needs a trip at all? A remote look at your child can be done from home first.
A fair question, so here's a straight answer
Families travel to us from across the UK, not just London, and we don't assume a trip is right for everyone. Some children do well with remote support alone. Others benefit from us seeing them in person first.
On the free call, we'll ask what you're seeing at home and at school, and tell you plainly whether coming to Mill Hill would make a real difference for your child, or whether remote support would do the job. If it's the second, we'll say so.

Parents first, practitioners second
Our older son didn't speak until he was five, and that's where this started. Today he's fully verbal, has finished his GCSEs, has friends and is independent. We've spent over 20 years in developmental therapies since, and we've both been Melillo Method certified since 2022.

"Very caring and truly have your best interests at heart. Check ins from Dana help keep you focused on working at home. Highly recommend."
