A conversation that
could change everything.
You've probably tried advice, therapies and strategies and are still looking for a real answer. This call is a chance to speak with Adi and Dana — practitioners who are also parents — and find the clear starting point your family has been searching for.
Tell us about your child
Share what you are seeing at home, at school and socially. We listen carefully, without judgement.
We explain how we can help
We walk you through how primitive reflex integration and nervous system support work — in clear, parent-friendly language.
We assess whether we are the right fit
Not every family is ready for our intensive approach. We will tell you honestly what the right next step looks like.
You leave with clarity
Even if we are not the right fit right now, you will leave knowing more about your child's challenges and how to approach them.
Different at every level.
We don't manage behaviour on the surface. We understand what's driving it underneath and support the brain and body to work better together. Parents tell us we're the first practitioners who made them feel truly understood.
Parents like you,
transformed.
These are real families who took the first step. Here is what they noticed after working with Hopeful Neuron.
"Adi and Dana are the first practitioners who made us feel truly understood. They explained everything clearly and were there whenever we had questions."
"Our mornings went from absolute chaos to manageable. My daughter is calmer, more focused, and happier. I only wish we had found this sooner."
Questions parents ask
We know you are doing your research. Here are the questions we hear most often from families just like yours.
Yes, completely free and with no obligation. The Intensive Fit Call is a 15 minute conversation to see whether our approach is the right fit for your child before you commit to anything.
No. Your child does not need a formal autism or ADHD diagnosis to work with us. We work with many children who are on NHS waiting lists or whose parents are concerned but haven't yet pursued a diagnosis. If you are seeing challenges at home or school, that is reason enough to have a conversation.
Absolutely. We support families worldwide through our remote programmes. Many of our families have never visited our Mill Hill clinic and receive full support online. The exercises and guidance are delivered in a way that works at home, wherever you are.
Primitive reflexes are early movement patterns that help babies organise their brain and body. When they remain active beyond infancy, they can interfere with attention, emotional regulation, coordination, posture, and learning. Through gentle, structured movement exercises, we help the nervous system settle and mature — often resulting in calmer behaviour, better focus, and improved confidence.
Every child is different, but many parents notice early changes within 4 to 8 weeks — particularly in sleep, emotional regulation and daily behaviour. Deeper changes in learning and focus often build over several months. We track progress with you throughout so you always know how your child is responding.
Yes. Our work complements other therapies by addressing the underlying nervous system foundations that influence focus, behaviour, speech and learning. Many families use Hopeful Neuron alongside OT and SALT with great results — because when the nervous system is more settled, children respond better to all other support.
