Working with us in Mill Hill

Our clinic is on Hall Lane in Mill Hill. Here's how it usually goes for local families.

Getting here

Our clinic is at 1A Hall Lane, Mill Hill, London NW4 4TJ. Ask us on the call for the easiest way to get here, by car or public transport, and where to park.

Start with a visit

Book a Clarity Day or an Intensive week at our clinic. A single day or a full week, you choose, and you leave with a plan.

Or start from home

The Full Picture Plan is a remote look at your child, plus a plan. The Remote Programme keeps things moving with video check ins and coaching.

Between and after visits

Once you're set up, check ins keep things moving from home, and we adjust your plan as your child progresses.

Three ways to start

You don't have to decide everything at once. Here's how the options compare, and we'll help you choose on the free call.

Want a whole week? The Intensive is five to seven days in clinic. It costs £3,000 and includes three months of support afterwards.

Which is right for your child?

Some children do well entirely from home, with parents running the programme. Others benefit from us seeing them hands on first. We can't tell which is which until we know your child.

On the free call, we'll ask what you're seeing at home and at school, and tell you plainly whether we'd suggest a visit to Mill Hill, or whether starting from home would do the job. We can't promise particular outcomes either way.

To see how the approach works, read about the Melillo Method in the UK or our guide to primitive reflexes. We also have pages for Hendon, Barnet, Finchley and the rest of London.

What happens on the free call?

1

You tell us what's going on

What you're seeing, and what you've already tried.

2

We tell you what we think

Including whether home or a visit to the clinic suits your child, and which first step we'd suggest.

3

You decide, no pressure

If it's a fit, we'll talk next steps. If not, we'll say so.

Parents first, practitioners second

Our older son didn't speak until he was five, and that's where this started. Today he's fully verbal, has finished his GCSEs, has friends and is independent. We've spent over 20 years in developmental therapies since, and we've both been Melillo Method certified since 2022.

We know what it's like when your house feels like chaos and nothing seems to help. Read our full story →
