We have sat in that waiting room too.

We're Adi and Dana, based in Mill Hill, London. We know the waiting lists, the months between appointments, the feeling of travelling somewhere for an assessment that leaves you with more questions than answers, wherever in Europe you happen to be. We trained in the Melillo Method and spent years learning how the nervous system, posture and movement connect to what parents actually see at home.

We built Hopeful Neuron because we couldn't find what our own children needed anywhere, so we built it ourselves, and families now fly in from right across Europe to spend a week with us.

One trip, one focused week.

Our clinic is at 1A Hall Lane, Mill Hill, London NW4 4TJ. Most European families come for a single, intensive week rather than spreading visits out over months. Here's what that usually looks like.

Before you travel

Once your week is booked, we send you a simple pre-visit form and a call with Adi and Dana to understand your child, so we can plan the week around them before you even land.

Where to stay

We share our usual suggestions for family friendly places to stay near Mill Hill, within easy reach of the clinic, so you're not spending your week stuck in traffic or on the Tube.

What to do around sessions

Between appointments, we point you toward calm, sensory-friendly things to do nearby, and bigger days out in London if your child is up for it, so the week feels like more than just clinic visits.

Going home with a plan

You leave with a clear home programme and a schedule of remote check ins, so the progress made during the week keeps building once you're back home in Europe.
